Albion fans wrapped up warm for the second big away day of the week as they travelled to South London to watch a hard-fought loss against Chelsea.
Brighton supporters were undeterred by the cold snap and filled the away end at Stamford Bridge for the 3-2 loss.
The Chelsea match proved a shorter trip than earlier in the week after Albion secured their place in the Europa League knock out stages with a win in Athens.
Fans were in good spirits to begin the game and joined Chelsea supporters to mark the passing of former England manager Terry Venables.

Brighton fans cheered on the team vocally from the away section and made their feelings known over controversial VAR decisions which went the way of the hosts.
The tough defeat comes in the middle of a flurry of midweek football with Albion hot off their 1-0 win in Athens.
Albion are back in action again on Wednesday when they host Brentford in a tight mid-table clash.
After the loss Brighton sit in eighth as they continue to chase European football again for next season.
