Albion have been handed a swift rematch with Championship rivals Reading in the third round of the EFL Cup.
The Seagulls drew 2-2 with the Royals in the league at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday and will now meet at the Amex in the week beginning September 19 after tonight's draw.
Albion booked their place in the third round of the competition by beating Oxford United 4-2 on Tuesday while Reading won a penalty shoot-out against MK Dons following a 2-2 after extra-time.
