NICK WEBB won his fight in just 26 SECONDS on the undercard of Nicky Jenman's Southern Area triumph in Brighton.

Heavyweight Webb stopped Angel Angelov with his first salvo of shots.

The Hove-based banger has yet to have an opponent finish a round.

This was probably the easiest win of the lot though, as his crunching right hand to the ribs crumpled the Bulgarian to the canvas.

The look on Angelov's face said it was all over even though he beat the count and referee Bob Williams waved it off.

In the first bout of the night, Worthing's Max Wicks emphatically beat Scott Hillman for a second time with a 40-36 points victory.

The Worthing middleweight took his unbeaten record to 3-0 against the Eastbourne fighter, who has yet to taste victory in four outings.

Wicks previously beat Hillman at the Camden Centre in December.

Kian Thomas was a 40-36 winner over Streatham's Mario Petrov in the second four rounder of the night at light-welterweight.

Thomas, from Camden, stretched his record to five wins, having Petrov down in the first and in trouble again at the start of the third before his rival enjoyed limited success in the last.

Home favourite Marcus Eaton won 39-37 against Ali Wyatt (Torquay) in their four round light-welterweight clash.

Eaton eased to a seventh win in comfortable fashion, staying busier than his opponent who had a solid defence.

The Shoreham fighter's perfect record is only marred by a solitary draw.

Biola Kudus (Portsmouth) had the height and reach advantage but Latvian Jevgenijs Andrejevs went the distance before losing 40-36 in a cruiserweight contest.

Brighton favourite Lloyd Ellett won 60-53 over six rounds against Slovian Andrej Moravek.

Ellett had Moravek down in the third, catching him with a left hook as he went over.

Moravek slipped over a couple of times in the next round but Ellett bossed the fifth and sixth, putting his opponent down on one knee right on the bell after forcing him through the ropes for another count earlier in the round.
