David Burke, Albion's former head of football, is out of work again.
He has left the Seagulls' promotion rivals Derby County, where he was head of tactical analysis, with immediate effect following the sacking last night of manager Paul Clement.
Burke was axed by Albion on Christmas Eve 2014, hot-on-the-heels of the departure of manager Sami Hyypia, after overseeing a disastrous summer of transfer activity.
He became the FA's talent ID manager for 17 to 19-year-olds before joining Derby last summer.
