Inigo Calderon is poised to continue a long and hectic run in Albion's defence.

First choice right-back Bruno is not expected to return to action until after the international break.

It means Calderon faces another three matches in a week, starting with tonight's trip to Bournemouth.

The 32-year-old has already played four games in 12 days following a ban for a red card at Burton Albion in the Capital One Cup.

Bruno has been sidelined by a groin problem since the 1-1 draw at Watford in early October.

He was creeping back into contention when he suffered a recurrence of the injury in training in the run-up to Wednesday's visit to Spurs.

Boss Sami Hyypia told The Argus: "We need to see if we can get him on the pitch before the international break. I hope so but it doesn't look very promising. The medical staff are doing everything they can to get him fit as soon as possible without too much risk of losing him for a longer period.

"He needed to stretch for the ball in training at the end of the session and then he felt the same spot again."

Albion follow the South Coast derby at Bournemouth with home games against Wigan on Tuesday and Blackburn four days later.
