My life is very full at the moment. I'm studying and working part time, doing an Artist's Way course, helping with Bookstock (Brighton Book Festival June 9-12), and going out most evenings and weekends to do something either interesting or fun. I'm singing, I'm writing. I've already booked 5 tickets for the Brighton Festival. So what's my problem? I'm getting stressed. Too many good things to do, however interesting and engaging, become "things to do", They become work. Hence the resolutions. They are about clearing space.
Then, to fill the space (and not with more activity), a few more: 5. Meditate every day 6. Walk every day. Oops, it's starting to do look like a to do list, so I'll stop there.
