Normally I'm not one to have little to say but this is one of those times.

Very little has happened in the last week, we had no first team game, the under-18s was off and the reserves lost 2-0 to Southampton Reserves.

Oh and the small matter of the financial side hasn't changed much either. Mark Henderson, aka Magicman, is holding a meeting tonight at the Pan to discuss his takeover plan. From reading newspaper interviews and the like it seems there hasn't been enough interest in the 5k plan.

Saturday brings a team we haven't yet played this season, one of four I think. Stevenage are a good side (and were pre-season favorites, but we all know about those!) but they can be beaten, Borough proved that.

We'll need all our best players fit and up for the game and we can get something out of it. We are fighting right at the bottom now and one game can't take us out of the relegation zone but I'd much prefer to be three points nearer to pulling out and two places up than rock bottom!

Fingers crossed we get a good crowd, ’cos we need it, and we can get three points under our belts.
