One person has died after a fire in a basement flat in Brighton.
Three East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to Charlotte Street in the Kemp Town area of the city at around 1.50am on Saturday.
A Sussex Police and fire service investigation will now take place to determine the cause of the blaze.
