Brighton Magistrates' Court
A MAN has appeared in court accused of rape.
Jordan Tobutt, 24, of Church Road, Copthorne, Crawley, appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court accused of raping a woman in a cemetery in Horsham earlier this month.
He is also accused of raping a man in Broadbridge Heath in November.
Tobutt was remanded in custody to appear at Lewes Crown Court on May 13.
