Learner driver arrested on suspicion of drug-driving after steering "erratically"
A LEARNER driver was arrested on suspicion of driving while high on drugs.
Sussex Police stopped a car at 8.45pm on Tuesday at Buck Barn garage on Worthing Road, Horsham, after it was spotted driving erratically.
One man, a 21-year-old from Horsham, was arrested on suspicion of driving with a controlled drug in his system.
A 23-year-old man, also from Horsham, was arrested on suspicion of being in charge of a motor vehicle with a controlled drug in his system and possession of cannabis.
It was not a driving instructor and pupil but a learner driver being supervised by another driver and they have been bailed until April 7.
