A BUS and a van crashed outside a church.
The accident happened in Dyke Road, Brighton, at about noon today.
The road was blocked due to the accident near The Droveway and the Church of the Good Shepherd.
A police statement reads: "A Brighton and Hove bus and a Renault Master van were in collision in Dyke Road, Brighton, outside the Church of the Good Shepherd.
"No one was hurt but the nearside carriageway entering Brighton was temporarily blocked while the damaged vehicles were recovered."
The bus was a number 27 service running from Westdene to Saltdean.
Martin Harris, the bus company's managing director, said: "This was a minor collision involving a van running into the back of a bus.
"There was only modest damage caused to the rear of the bus and no injuries to passengers or drivers."
