BOMB disposal experts have removed four mortar shells found in a shed.
Workers clearing out the shed in Southwick Square, Southwick, found the weapons this afternoon.
Police were called at around 5pm and called in bomb disposal teams.
The car park was cordoned off but there were no evacuations.
It is thought the shells were remnants from the Second World War, although detailed information is not yet publicly available.
