DETECTIVES are investigating reports that a man may have been forced into a vehicle and driven away after an argument with two other men.
Police believe there was an argument between three men just before 10pm in Rona Close, off Lismore Crescent, Crawley, on Monday May 25.
A man may have been forced into a vehicle, possibly a Silver BMW, before being driven away, Sussex Police said.
Detective Inspector Rachel Carr said: "We need to find out who the man is and need to speak to him in order to establish that he is safe and well.
Any information that can assist us with our enquiries is welcomed. The vehicle will be distinctive as it had damage to the front windscreen".
"Officers have been carrying out extensive enquiries and we are treating this as a serious incident.
