Rose Hill Tavern given lifeline as councillors vote against turning it into flats
A small pub in Brighton has been thrown a lifeline after councillors voted against it becoming flats.
Officers had reccomended they vote for the Rose Hill Tavern be turned into two flats, but only three agreed while seven councillors voted against the proposal.
