POLICE used a battering ram to get into a house where the body of a man was then found.
A post mortem examination was carried out on Wednesday into the death of 49-year-old Neil Motiram after he was found dead in the property in Carden Avenue, Brighton.
Officers responded to family concerns by forcing open the front door on Monday evening after there was no answer.
The living room light was still on.
An acquaintance of Mr Motiram was too upset to speak to The Argus.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and the coroner has been informed.
