Much-loved wildlife presenter Sir David Attenborough says he won’t get over the death of his famous filmmaker brother.
Sir David told the Daily Mirror that he could “accommodate” and “deal” with the death of his brother Lord Richard Attenborough but he wouldn’t be able to get over his loss.
The 88-year-old said he saw his brother, who was chancellor of the University of Sussex for a decade and starred in the original film version of Brighton Rock, in the week before his death last August when he was a “shadow of his former self”.
Sir David also said he had no regrets over anything left unsaid to his elder brother.
