A MOTORCYCLIST has a broken collar bone after he was trapped under a car in a crash.
Police said the accident occurred just after 1.30pm in Eastern Road, Brighton, at the junction with Sussex Square, involving a Vauxhall Astra.
The biker, in his 40s, required treatment at the scene and was taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital with a seriously fractured right shoulder and a suspected broken collar bone, an ambulance spokesman said.
The 29-year-old Peacehaven driver was uninjured.
Bus services were temporarily diverted while the road was blocked but it is now clear.
Witnesses should call 101 or email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting 624 of December 18.
