A fast food worker has appeared in court charged with the rape of a woman.
Kyle Dacosta, St Paul's Street in Brighton, appeared at Brighton Magistrates' Court today charged with the rape of a 22-year-old woman in the city on Sunday.
The incident took place in the early hours of Sunday morning at a premises in St Paul's Street, Brighton.
The 23-year-old Dacosta faces further charges of false imprisonment and sexual assault by penetration and will next appear at Lewes Crown Court on Friday December 19.
