A woman was sexually assaulted by a man who grabbed her in an alleyway.
The 20-year-old was indecently touched by a man who grabbed her and bruised her arm.
She was in an alleyway leading from North Street to the bus stop outside the Royal Pavilion, Brighton, at about 3am on Tuesday October 14, when the man approached her.
Police said he left when someone else walked into the alleyway.
The suspect is described as white, aged 50 to 60, of stocky build, 5' 7", with shoulder-length, unkempt hair. He was wearing a grubby white shirt with a blue checked overshirt.
PC Stuart Ellis said: “We would like to hear from anyone who may have been near the alleyway or saw the suspect walking off.”
